Ms. Gantz’s vast experience spans an accomplished 20-year-career. A dynamic speaker and excellent communicator, she has spoken about hypnosis and behavioral change on radio and television programs. Her private practice specializes in helping individuals and groups for short and long term psychotherapy. She consults at the Juva Medispa and the Beth Israel Hospitial for Healing.
She has a Master’s Degree in Industrial Psychology from Hunter College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Skidmore College. Kathy is a Board Member of NYSEPH and a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. She also is a member of the Society for Eriksonian Hypnosis and Psychotherapy, where she has presented lectures on the psychology of habit development. Kathy has also been on the Council at The New York Historical Society for 10 years and sits on the Education Committee.

Kathy is the founder of Habitat Management Associates, a consultancy for health, wellness and personal performance. Base on three decades of scientific research, she designed personalized problem solution techniques to treat and shift challenges, including job burnout, stress management, addictions, and, eating disorders. Her clients have included Johnson & Johnson Health Management at Johns Hopkins Hospital, Pfizer, and, Saatchi and Saatchi.
As contract consultant with numerous corporations, Kathy’s mind body programs are credited with helping employees achieve greater productivity, work satisfaction,, reduced absenteeism, and, a higher level of engagement. She has been a consultant at the Juva Medical Spa and the Beth Israel Hospital for Health and Healing, a company spokesperson for GlaxSmithKoine and Advanced Medical Optics, and a smoking cessation and hypnosis leader for the American Cancer Society.
Kathy has an M.S.W. in Industrial Social Work and Psychology from Hunter College, and a B.S. in Psychology from Skidmore College. Her private practice focused on positive psychology and cognitive motivational treatment. she is frequently interviewed by media outlets and does pro bono work for The American Heart Association, Jennifer Muller Dance Company. The Kaufman Center and the The Jewish Heritage Museum. Kathy has also been on the Council at The New York Historical Society for 10 years and sits on the Education Committee.
